How long does it take to make an animated video?
The approximate duration of creating an animated video up to 60 seconds is 4 weeks.
What is included in the cost of creating a video?
We create turnkey animated videos, so the price includes absolutely everything, namely:

- writing the announcer's text;
- a recording of a professional voiceover reading;
- development of stylistics;
- creating illustrations;
- animation;
- video editing in Full HD or 4K quality.
What materials and information do I need to create a video?
To create a video, we need the following materials:

- completed brief;
- logo in vector (formats: *ai, *cdr, *svg);
- corporate colors (codes: RGB, CMYK);
- corporate fonts;
- contacts for the last frame.
What payment methods are there?
There are the following options:

- to a current account (for legal entities and business owners within Ukraine);
- to our currency accounts according to the invoice (USD, EUR);
- to the bank's corporate card in hryvnias;
- through the PaySend service (from different parts of the world);
- liquid cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT);
- money transfers (MoneyGram or Western Union).
What if I don't like it?
It is simply impossible. We agree with you on all the main points in the process of creating an animated video (text, narrator's voice, stylistics and references), so you will get exactly what you need. Each subsequent stage is not possible without the approval of the previous one. If, however, this happens, we will guarantee you a refund.
How many edits can I make to the finished video?
After receiving the first beta version, you can make one free revision (list of comments and wishes with an unlimited number of items). Edits that go beyond the scope of one edition, as well as changes to the previously agreed text of the announcer, are paid for additionally.
